SheetsBox (sheetsbox.com) is an independent web tool that allows users to download publicly shared Google Sheets in various formats (XLSX, CSV, PDF, ODS). SheetsBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

SheetsBox does not collect any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email address, or account details. The Google Sheets URLs you paste into the tool are never sent to or stored on our servers — all downloads happen directly between your browser and Google's export servers.
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as page views and browser type) through analytics services to improve the site. This data cannot identify individual users.

SheetsBox does not sell or share user data with any third parties beyond those listed above for the purposes described.
When you paste a Google Sheets URL and click Download, SheetsBox constructs a direct export request to Google's own spreadsheet export endpoint (docs.google.com). Your browser connects directly to Google's servers to retrieve the file. No spreadsheet data passes through SheetsBox servers at any point.
The tool only works with publicly shared Google Sheets (sheets set to "Anyone with the link can view"). SheetsBox cannot access private or restricted spreadsheets.
SheetsBox is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Since SheetsBox does not collect personal data or store spreadsheet URLs, there is no personal data to retain or delete. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Google Analytics per their own data retention policies.
