Why isn't my download working?
The two most common reasons a Google Sheets link won't download:
1. The sheet is private (Restricted). This is the most common issue. When a sheet is set to "Restricted", only signed-in users with explicit access can view it. The sheet owner needs to change the sharing setting to "Anyone with the link can view". Once that's done, any link-based downloader including SheetsBox will work.
2. The link is incomplete or modified. Make sure you're using the full Google Sheets URL, not a shortened link or a link to a specific cell reference. The URL must contain /spreadsheets/d/ for SheetsBox to recognise it as a valid Google Sheets link.
